For over forty years now, I’ve been a professional in the food service industry. From a beginning, which included education and formal training, to owning a black-tie catering service, and owning/partnering a  minimum of 4 restaurants, I have run the gambit of the full-service  food industry. Since 1995, I have been serving clients from all walks of  life as a designer, developer, and consultant. However, over a quarter century ago, I felt called to commit my  primary focus to rescuing and rebuilding younger generations, from middle school-aged to college students, as well as, the families from which they originated.  In marketplace terms, this transition has made me a  bi-vocational individual.  My faith is the foundation for most of that I  do in my calling to build and rebuild fellow humans, but I have also committed the past twelve years of this call to ‘broker in life’ as a facilitator and trainer for one of the best social/emotional behavioral education programs available across the globe. 

Funny, although totally different paths, the two so greatly work hand in hand because whether I’m training a new restaurant staff or teaching a self-worth module to a group of recovering teenagers, both impact and influence people.  We build life by relationship and I have discovered that whether I’m training a sous chef or training 50 educators with tools impact their students, in summary, I truly have only one job (although executed through two different prisms), I teach, coach, train and encourage, all for the sake of building and strengthening people on their personal journey – this great adventure we know as LIFE.
